I spearheaded the successful execution of this vision by overseeing the construction of a semi trailor, orchestrating the design of the event footprint, and managing client relations. Within the footprint, we introduced an engaging parts challenge, where consumers raced against the clock to swap out custom parts on a Harley—an activity cherished by Harley owners. Notably, Harley Davidson Insurance stood out as the sole provider covering custom parts, reinforcing our commitment to enthusiasts. The semi featured an exclusive VIP rooftop area, designed to offer Harley Davidson Insurance carriers the VIP treatment they expect from their Harley ownership. Our photo station was a hit with attendees of all ages, culminating in a striking photo mosaic that still adorns the Harley Davidson offices today. Our approach fully embraced the values of community, VIP status, and the pride of owning a personalized motorcycle, resonating deeply with our consumers. As the account manager, I led a dedicated team of two coordinators to bring this unforgettable experience to life.
