Progressive Account Manager
In my role as the lead Account Manager with a team of three coordinators, I oversaw the Progressive IMS program, guiding it from initial ideation to complete conceptualization. Through adept execution, I transformed the IMS event with a nationwide promotional tour, leaving a lasting impression on the motorcycle community.
Standing Out.
It started with the vision of infusing music and community into the space. The Progressive footprint showcased a distinctive slot car track, crafted for each location, a celebrity motorcycle tank artist creating live custom tanks, on-site agents offering quotes, and a personalized t-shirt bar for unique styles. Located prominently at the venue's forefront, Progressive's footprint welcomed everyone to explore and connect with the brand.

Aligning with Progressive's passion for art and the motorcycle community's love for customizing their bikes, we collaborated with American Choppers and West Coast Choppers. Celebrity artists were on-site, creating art in real-time. Consumers enjoyed engaging with the artists, asking questions about the creative process, and witnessing the development of the finished products.

Throughout the event, attendees consistently encountered new elements that paid homage to their city and celebrated Progressive as a brand. These touchpoints, uniquely tailored for each city of the tour, included playful billboards adorning the slot car track, the presence of Flo inside the Progressive barn alongside the latest commercial motorcycle, and the introduction of trees native to that specific state. The unparalleled creativity and meticulous attention to detail that defined this activation set it apart from any other.

With safety as Progressive's utmost priority, experts in the field graced the stage multiple times a day, imparting valuable knowledge to consumers on how to safeguard themselves and their motorcycles effectively. The stage also featured special guests, including the legendary Jessi Combs, who earned the title of the fastest woman on land by setting a remarkable record at 550mph. Progressive's unwavering dedication to education resonated strongly with consumers and was warmly embraced.
Harmony in Community.
Progressive's initiative involves nurturing local talent and supporting students. This led us to collaborate with School of Rock, where we highlighted the exceptional abilities of the students from the school during that tour stop. The School of Rock kids left the audience in awe with their astonishing talent. This addition of live music was greatly appreciated by consumers, as it introduced a new layer of entertainment to the IMS event, which had primarily featured vendors. The students performed multiple times throughout the day, consistently drawing enthusiastic crowds.
Progressive's commitment to tailoring insurance plans inspired us to offer consumers the chance to personalize their attire. Our Brand Ambassadors provided assistance to attendees in selecting their preferred t-shirt design and shirt color, and these customized shirts were created on-site during the event. As you navigated through the IMS event, you couldn't help but notice that everyone sported Progressive shirts and hats, significantly amplifying brand visibility and exposure.
